At this time, we are not offering the ability to request certain types of coral. This is because we are planning the packs well ahead of time to include the very best items possible at the very best price possible. Not allowing special requests allows us to streamline this process and make sure each month has top quality items only and that each month we send vastly different items to keep the packs exciting and easy to sell. If you are looking for specific items, you may add them onto your order from our stock list.

Yes, you may opt out at any time. We do ask that you inform us at least 1 week in advance of your ship date so we can plan. If you do opt out, you will not be allowed to rejoin the program for 3 months.

The items will ship the first week of each month. You will pick your arrival day/date. Options are Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday (Saturday has a $15 extra fee). For example, if you pick Tuesday as your arrival date, every first Tuesday of the month your pack will arrive.

Right now we are only offering them one time per month. If you would like to order more than one pack you may but the price will be the same and they will both be delivered at the same time. You may order frags or other items from our website as a normal order at anytime and pay shipping as well.

Absolutely. Even if the items are lost, delayed due to weather, or just plain DOA we ALWAYS have you covered. Just follow the DOA policy steps found on our website.
