Can I request specific corals to be included or not to be include in the packs?
At this time, we are not offering the ability to request certain types of coral. This is because we are planning the packs well ahead of time to include the very best items possible at the very best price possible. Not allowing special requests allows us to streamline this process and make sure each month has top quality items only and that each month we send vastly different items to keep the packs exciting and easy to sell. If you are looking for specific items, you may add them onto your order from our stock list.
Can I opt out at any time?
Yes, you may opt out at any time. We do ask that you inform us at least 1 week in advance of your ship date so we can plan.
When do these items ship?
The items will ship the first week of each month. You will pick your arrival day/date. Options are Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday (Saturday has a $16 extra fee). For example, if you pick Tuesday as your arrival date, every first Tuesday of the month your pack will arrive.
Can I add additional items to my order?
Yes, you may add any livestock to your order.
What if I want more than 50 frags?
You may add any livestock items to your order.
What if I want these items more often?
Right now we are only offering them one time per month. If you would like to order more than one pack you may but the price will be the same and they will both be delivered at the same time. You may order frags or other items from our website as a normal order at anytime and pay shipping as well.
Does your 100% Live Arrival Guarantee apply to the frag subscription plan?
Absolutely. Even if the items are lost, delayed due to weather, or just plain DOA we ALWAYS have you covered. Just follow the DOA policy steps found on our website.
Do I get an itemized packing list each month I receive the frag pack?
Unfortunately since our frag packs change each month we are unable to provide an itemized list with your order.
How can I manage my plan?
We offer an FSP Portal that allows members to skip, resume, and cancel their Frag Subscription Plan.
You can access the portal from our Dashboard by clicking "Manage Plan" to the right of the slider or by clicking here.
